If you're from the Columbus area, you should check out: this place. We just went on a class field trip and it really does have quite the cream of the crop when it comes to glass works. This lamp done by Dale Chihuly is no longer there but a similar red one is still on display. I love these not only because they just look cool and fun, but when a patron buys this piece, Dale will actually plan around the home to re-install it where they'd like it to be hung. Not only that but because it is compiled of all separate pieces, each re-assembly could be different, making the work new and different each time it visits a new place! It is definitely worth the time to stop by and take in the time and patience these artists have put into these works.
